Dark Chocolate Dessert
Ever crave a mouth-watering, decadent sweet treat? Well, most people do. Including vegans. Vegans, and those with allergies, need not be scammed out of enjoying a delicious dessert just because a recipe says heavy cream or white sugar (which is processed with bone char).
Instead, let's look at some of the most delectable confections in the world – chocolate truffles. Dessert truffles are usually balls of chocolate with a chocolate ganache, nut or cream center. Obviously, for a vegan, cream and its dairy friends are off limits and most ganaches, unless vegan, are made with cream.
